This apartment is located in the The Old Town, on a wide old square of the Born neighborhood, right by the metro stop Jaume I, Barceloneta and by the Old Port of Barcelona.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator and video intercom, in the historical building which was completely restored 3 years ago. There is 1 big space (loft) consisting of bedroom, living room, completely equipped kitchen with dish-washer, and bathroom with shower. The balcony in the living room has a great view over the square. The apartment is sunny almost all day, which is difficult to find in Barcelona. Whole apartment has been renovated recently as seen on the photos. Wooden floor, quality furniture, central heating and air-conditioning, WiFi internet and top-notch renovation are thought for a person that appreciates high standard and the central location. The Born area is one of the four parts of the Old Town, and it’s famous for the plenty of small art galleries and clothes and jewelry design shops. There’s no need to use the public transport, since you can reach almost all sightseeings by foot. There is a plenty of restaurants, bars, cafeterias, food stores, bakeries and parkings.  The infrastructure is excellent.
